TASTING

This red wine has a ripe cherry red colour. Its aromas are of plums and red berries with hints of tobacco and vanilla.
In the mouth it is alive, velvety and with sweet smooth tannins. The taste that stays in our palate is of red fruits with hints of liquorice and mint.

FOOD PAIRING

Being so smooth, is the perfect match for tapas, but it also combines very well with all red meat dishes and roasted lamb.

PRODUCTION

Cold maceration for 24 hours. Traditional free-run (‘Sangrado’) of the musts. Fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at 18ºC for 21 days under temperature controlled conditions.

TASTING

COLOR : Wild cherry rosé, bright and intense, very attractive.
AROMA : Strawberries and ripe peaches, with banana nuances.
OVERALL OBSERVATIONS : In the mouth is warm and delicate, dry, velvety with a good structure, and an intense aftertaste of ripe fruits.

FOOD PAIRING

Ideal with any dish of the Mediterranean cuisine, it combines very well with all kind of pasta and rice dishes, white meats and sausages.

PRODUCTION

The must was gently obtained in hydropneumatic presses. Fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at 18ºC for 21 days under temperature controlled conditions.

TASTING

COLOR : Very pale, with a green sparkle characteristic of the Viura grape. The green overtones denote its freshness.
AROMA : A mixture of lavender and hay, reminding of green apples, with delicate floral and citric fruits aromas, intense.
OVERALL OBSERVATIONS : In the mouth is round and mellow, dry with a well-balanced acidity, that leaves a smooth but delicately spicy aftertaste.

FOOD PAIRING

Ideal with seafood, grilled fish dishes and as an aperitif.
