Bodegas Covinca

Covinca is the Longares wine cooperative. A town and its families dedicated almost exclusively to working and caring for their vineyards to produce wines of the highest quality.

They choose, control and monitor the best vineyards at this modern winery located in Longares, taking special care of the oldest ones as well as each variety given their own requirements.

Almost 1.700 hectares of vineyards where native varieties as the Garnacha, Mazuela or Cariñena are merged with others such as Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Macabeo, Syrah, Chardonnay…
